OUR RETURNS POLICY

As a valued customer, you have the right to return any products you have bought from www.softmed.com.au for a full refund or exchange, within 14 days of receiving them. Kindly note that all items for return must be unused with the labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, it is your responsibility to cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method used when you placed your order.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping process. Items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged in a retail or concept store.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE SOFTMED PRODUCTS?

Please make sure to follow these steps to ensure your return is processed correctly and efficiently:

  1. Send us an email to let us know you intend to return an item. Please use the following email address
    info@softmedusa.com with information about the item you wish to return. This email should include instructions on how you like your return to be processed (e.g., for a full refund or exchange).
  2. Send your items in their original sealed packaging (if applicable) and with the label intact, along with the order number
  3. For exchanges, please clarify the alternative product you would like to receive by specifying the SKU/item number and desired size (please note that exchanges must be for applicable products of equal or lesser value)
  4. As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will process your request and send you an email confirmation. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs and that you are responsible for items lost in shipping.

What if I receive the wrong product or the wrong size?

Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged item(s), including the wrong size or product, please contact us through the onsite contact form and you will be provided with the correct products or a refund, depending on your preference. Please state your order ID on your contact form. If you have any further questions, please submit a request.

What if My order is missing an item?

Should an item be missing from your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible through the contact form and you will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference. Please state your order ID on your contact form. If you have any further questions, please submit a request.

Will I receive acknowledgement of receipt for any returns?

As soon as we receive and approve your returns, you will be provided with a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided. The refund will be processed using the payment method chosen for the online purchase. This refund can take up to 30 days to process and pay.

Can I exchange the item I ordered before it arrives?

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items for a different size, colour or model once payment has been processed. In the event that you order the wrong item, you are welcome to place a new order for the item you would prefer. Any returns will then be deducted from your new order.
