Shipping is free for all orders valued at A$80 or more. If your order totals less than A$80, a shipping charge of A$8 will be added to your order.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are shipped with standard Australian postal services from our warehouse in Victoria. All orders made in Victoria before 1pm, will be shipped on the same day. Delivery to any city in Australia generally takes between one and three business days. Delivery to New Zealand takes between three and five business days. Other countries can expect delivery within five and twelve business days. Please note that this is an estimated time and depends on the local postal service in your country. We will inform you via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Will I receive a shipping confirmation?
A shipping confirmation will be sent to your email address as soon as your order has been forwarded to Australian postal services. This email will contain a parcel tracking number in order for you to track the exact location of your order. Please note that it can take up to two business days to process the parcel tracking number.
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
Delivery time within Australia is estimated between two and five business days, with the exact delivery depending on your local postal service.

Can I change the delivery address for my order?
Changes to the delivery address can only be made before the order is paid for and/or shipped. If you have any questions about address changes, please email our team at info@softmedusa.com
What if I’m not available on time of delivery?
If you are not available to receive your order on the first delivery attempt, another delivery attempt may be made, or your parcel will be stored at your local post office/depot. Either way, you will be notified that an attempt was made to deliver your parcel, with further information about how to proceed.
